PUTRAJAYA, May 13 (Bernama) -- The fatal crash involving members of the Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) in Teluk Intan, Perak, could have been avoided if the stone-carrying lorry involved had adhered to stringent inspections by the Computerised Vehicle Inspection Centre (Puspakom).
