KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 (Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said today that firm enforcement by various government agencies over the past two years has prevented leakages amounting to RM15.5 billion, describing it as the most effective effort to curb revenue loss in the country's history.
