KOTA BHARU, April 18 (Bernama) -- Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) can negotiate with Russia for oil supply as a proactive measure to ensure the country’s energy reserves remain sufficient for public consumption, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
