KOTA KINABALU, Nov 30 (Bernama) -- Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor described the victory of Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) in the 17th Sabah State Election (PRN) as a victory for the people of Sabah.
