KINABATANGAN, Jan 9 (Bernama) -- The Ministry of Communications in collaboration with the Department of Information (Japen) and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will open a media centre, in conjunction with the Kinabatangan parliamentary and Lamag state by-elections.
The Ministry of Communications in a statement today announced that the media centre at the National Information Dissemination Centre (NADI) in Kota Kinabatangan Simpang Batu 8, Jalan Bukit Garam, Kinabatangan will begin operating tomorrow until Jan 24, from 9 am to 7 pm.
"Media practitioners are invited to use the facilities provided and obtain information at the media centre," according to the statement.

The Kinabatangan parliamentary and Lamag state by-elections were held following the death of the incumbent Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin, 66, on Dec 5.
