GUA MUSANG, April 6 (Bernama) -- Almost 400 Civil Defence Force (APM) personnel in Kelantan will be on duty during the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri to deal with emergencies such as accidents or disasters.
Kelantan APM deputy director Lieutenant Colonel (PA) Mohd Zul Khairi Shamsuddin said as a proactive measure, all APM personnel will also have their leave frozen during the period.
“We will pay attention to emergency cases that require rescue and humanitarian services.
“Among the fatal accident hotspots identified is Jalan Gua Musang-Kuala Krai-Kota Bharu,” he told reporters after the breaking of the fast event with Gua Musang APM Personnel here last night.
