KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 14 -- The Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) has forged partnerships with International Assistance Sdn Bhd (IASB) and HADID International Services (HADID) which among others would assist in opening up Malaysia’s healthcare travel industry to new market reach.
The council in a statement today, said, the Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between the council and the two companies were exchanged at the Malaysia Pavilion in Expo 2020 Dubai.
Its chief executive officer Mohd Daud Mohd Arif said these partnerships will further allow the industry to gain new customer pipelines while building a brand presence for Malaysia healthcare in ASEAN and Middle Eastern markets.
“Having successfully navigated the pandemic over the past 18 months, we recognise how crucial it is to form strategic partnerships to catalyse industry recovery moving into 2022.
"It is key for Malaysia Healthcare to identify and join forces with partners who share the same value system and commitment towards service excellence and upholding safety standards.", he said.
Mohd Daud also said that MHTC was honoured to be on board collaborating with IASB and HADID in providing safe, seamless, and trusted world-class patient experiences to healthcare travellers together from here on now.
