KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 -- A moderate earthquake measuring 5.7 of the Richter scale hit the Minahassa Peninsula, Sulawesi at 4.26 pm today.
According to MetMalaysia’s statement, the earthquake occurred at 185km west from Gorontalo, Indonesia, with a depth of 54km.
However, it poses no tsunami threat to Malaysia.
