KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 -- Typhoon Saudel with a maximum speed of 130 kmph is now moving about 622km to the northwest of Manila, Philippines.
In this regard, the Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) today issued a typhoon advisory because it is expected to cause strong winds in the waters of Sabah.
Based on an observation at 11 pm tonight, MetMalaysia stated that the typhoon is about 1164 km to the northwest of Kudat, Sabah.
