ISKANDAR PUTERI, Sept 25 -- Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld Malaysia) is ready to unveil its newest project in Johor – Eco Botanic 2, which has products to cater for every generation in Iskandar Puteri.
The development would offer landed homes priced between RM600,000 and RM900,000, which are ideal for young families within the M40 group.
For Bumiputeras, the prices range between RM520,200 and RM833,000, the developer said in a statement today.
With a gross development value of RM1.67 billion, the 200-acre (80.9-hectare) Eco Botanic 2 is scheduled to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2020 and for completion by 2025.
To be located next to Eco Botanic, EcoWorld’s maiden township which was launched in 2013, Eco Botanic 2 would complement the luxury offerings of the existing Eco Botanic and broaden EcoWorld’s market segment in Iskandar Puteri, the company said.
EcoWorld divisional general manager Phan Yan Chan said the developer intends to leverage on the infrastructure and lifestyle amenities already put in place at Eco Botanic.
“While Eco Botanic is a gated and guarded luxury development catering mainly to the upgrader market, Eco Botanic 2 is crafted for another important target market – first-time homeowners and the M40 group,” he said.
For Eco Botanic 2, EcoWorld has taken all the elements that made its predecessor special and added a smart spin to it.
The first precinct of Eco Botanic 2 would offer 600 units of double-storey homes – terraced (20ft x 65ft, 20ft x 70ft and 22ft x 65ft) and garden homes (30ft x 60ft) with built-ups from 1,701 to 2,239 sq ft.
The Garden Homes is an EcoWorld exclusive product offering an 8-ft private garden connected to the living area.
Another attraction for Eco Botanic 2 is that residents would be able to enjoy all the hallmarks of a mature EcoWorld development, from EcoWorld’s DNA which includes beautifully landscaped parks, gated guarded security to the established and comprehensive lifestyle amenities and infrastructure.
