CYBERJAYA, Sept 17 -- University students seeking internship and graduates looking for employment in certain specialisation can now search for their perfect match at the newly-launched portal, UNiLINK.
UNiLINK, jointly developed by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and Internet of Things (IoT) Institute (MARii) and Cirrosnet Sdn Bhd, functions on a data-driven algorithm and serves as a digital one-stop centre for university students and job seekers to secure placements in diversified sectors, including mobility, augmented reality, virtual reality and robotics.
Speaking to the media after the launch of UNiLINK here today, MARii's chief executive officer Datuk Madani Sahari said UNiLINK would optimise the opportunity for fresh talents to match their skills to the right career paths, ensuring the needs and demands of industry to accurately attract industry 4.0 compliant talents.
For this quarter, he said MARii aimed to get 50,000 companies that are registered with the International Trade and Industry Ministry to register with UNiLINK.
" UNiLINK is opened to all universities, including public and private, graduates as well as individuals such as those currently employed and looking for better opportunities," said Madani.
