KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 -- Traffic flow at several major highways was reported to be slow moving tonight as more people return to their hometowns to celebrate Hari Raya Aidiladha tomorrow.
A PLUS Malaysia Berhad spokesman, when contacted said, as of 11 pm today, there was higher traffic volume reported for the northbound journey from Rawang (South) to Sungai Buaya, after Behrang to Sungkai, Ladang Bikam R&R to Gopeng, Kuala Kangsar to Bukit Berapit and Juru to the Sg Dua Toll Plaza.
Traffic was also reported to be slow southbound before Putra Mahkota to Nilai Utara right up to the Seremban R&R, Seremban R&R to Hentian Senawang (northbound), Skudai junction to Senai Utara, and Kulai to Sedenak.
"Traffic flow was also slow after Bandar Serenia to Nilai Utara as a trailer broke down at KM64.4, blocking the middle lane," he said.
