KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 -- All eyes this morning will be trained on Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali for his decision on whether Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is to enter his defence or be acquitted of charges of alleged misappropriation of RM42 million of SRC International Sdn Bhd funds.
The judge is expected to announce his ruling from 10 am onwards, with members of the media converging on the Kuala Lumpur High Court from as early as 7 am.
