PUTRAJAYA, Feb 28 (Bernama) -- Three children of former finance minister the late Tun Daim Zainuddin, who are wanted by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), are currently abroad, said Immigration director-general Datuk Zakaria Shaaban.
He said Immigration Department (JIM) records show that three of them left Malaysia between late January and early February, while another has no record of leaving the country.
Yesterday, the MACC said it was tracking down four of Tun Daim’s children to assist in an investigation and urged those with information to come forward.
In a statement, the MACC named them as Asnida Abdul Daim, Md Wira Dani Abdul Daim, Muhammed Amir Zainuddin Daim and Muhammed Amin Zainuddin Daim.
