SUNWAY PROPERTY LAUNCHES NEW COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE

KUALA LUMPUR, May 26 (Bernama) -- Sunway Property today launched Sunway Property Pals+, Malaysia’s first-of-its-kind inclusive community experience for every one residing in Sunway Property developments, be it owners, sub-sale owners or tenants.

The inclusive Sunway Property Pals+ programme is designed to provide greater convenience and privileges for all residing in Sunway Property developments – comprising Rent+, Care+ and Reward+.

“25 per cent of monthly rentals by tenants who reside in any Sunway Property developments will be recognised as rent credit (or savings) by Sunway Property and can be used as partial payment for their first property purchase with Sunway Property.

“Rent credit can be accumulated over two- or five-year duration through the Sunway Property Rent+ programme, depending on the type of property,” said Sunway Property chief brand and marketing officer Gerard Yuen at the launch.

The new community experience will officially kick-start beginning June 1, 2022 nationwide, wherein it will also benefit both owners and sub-sale owners by making their units more tenantable.

Acknowledging what residents want, it introduces Care+, a new cleaning service, trained professionally by its five-star Sunway Hotels & Resorts exclusively for members under the programme.

Besides, the newly enhanced Sunway Property Reward+ offers lifestyle rewards by leveraging Sunway’s unique ecosystem including healthcare, education, retail, leisure and hospitality, as well as rebates of up to three per cent for repeat buyers, and one per cent additional rebate for sub-sale buyers for their next purchase from Sunway Property.
