HARD ROCK HOTEL PENANG IN TOP 10 PCT OF HOTELS WORLDWIDE -- TRIPADVISOR
GEORGE TOWN, May 20 (Bernama) -- Hard Rock Hotel Penang has been recognised by Tripadvisor as a 2022 Travellers’ Choice Awards winner for being in the Top 10 per cent of Hotels Worldwide.
In a joint statement, Hard Rock International and Tripadvisor said the accolade celebrates businesses that have received great reviews from travellers around the globe on Tripadvisor over the last 12 months.
Hard Rock Hotel Penang executive assistant manager Michael Smeeton said as challenging as the past year was, the hotel stood out by consistently delivering memorable experiences to travellers and the award was a testament to its steadfast commitment to ‘rocking’ hospitality.
“As part of our commitment to provide world-class hospitality services, Hard Rock Hotel Penang is dedicated to delivering operational excellence to our guests across the local community, as well as clients internationally,” he added.
Meanwhile, Tripadvisor chief commercial officer Kanika Soni said The Travellers’ Choice Awards recognised the best in tourism and hospitality, according to those who matter most, the guests.
