CREST BUILDER BAGS RM107.5 MLN CONTRACT FROM SIME DARBY PROPERTY
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 29 -- Crest Builder Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has been awarded a contract worth RM107.5 million by Sime Darby Property (Ara Damansara) Sdn Bhd for the construction of one block of serviced apartment with car park podium at Ara Damansara in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Crest Builder said the contract period was 33 months starting from October 22, 2021 to July 21, 2024.
It said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2021, and onwards.
