SUNWAY PROPERTY LAUNCHES "ALWAYS WITH YOU 2021" CAMPAIGN

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 18 -- Sunway Property has launched its "Always with You 2021" campaign in conjunction with the soft launches of four new developments designed for new norm living.

The master community developer said the four new developments for the final part of the year were Sunway Artessa, Sunway d’hill, Sunway Velocity TWO Tower D, and Sunway Belfield Tower C totalling RM1.8 billion in gross development value (GDV).

The campaign will run from Oct 15, 2021 to Dec 31, 2021, it said in a statement today.

"Purchasers will be able to leverage up to 12 months interest-free payments for savings of up to RM23,000.

"An option to exit is also provided as a safety net in case of loss of employment, disability or critical illness for a period of 12 months from the date of booking and subject to the applicable terms and conditions," it said.

In conjunction with the Home Ownership Campaign, Sunway Property said new homeowners will enjoy a waiver on the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and loan stamp duty savings up to RM32,000.

Purchasers will also stand a chance to win weekly giveaway prizes worth a total of RM63,888 including Dyson fans and vacuum cleaner, Panasonic smart TVs and ovens, iPad Pros, and Bose surround speakers.

Central region executive director Chong Sau Min said the new launches incorporated sustainable design considerations that deliver more connected developments supported by lifestyle conveniences, better quality buildings, improved air quality, as well as provide cost-savings on energy and water.

“Each development is strategically located with thoughtful designs, lush landscaping and new norm features including natural ventilated lobbies, co-working spaces and other features for sustainable living, with prices starting from an affordable RM525,000.

"We also prioritised natural ventilation and sunlight, with views to the outdoors which provide much-needed respite from relentless patterns for online work and learning. Each development comes with abundant facilities which double up as spaces to exercise and recharge,” he said.
