KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 (Bernama) -- Bank Rakyat's corporate portal is reportedly experiencing a temporary access disruption.
Bank Rakyat, through a notification on its official Facebook page, advised customers to use alternative digital channels and mobile applications to continue their banking transactions.
Among the recommended platforms are the iRakyat mobile banking application, BRICK, QR2E and the i-bizRAKYAT business banking portal.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience," read a brief statement issued by the banking institution at about 11.30 pm tonight.
