PUTRAJAYA, Nov 2 (Bernama) -- Economy Minister Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir has extended his condolences to the family of Economy Ministry Deputy Secretary-General (Macro) Datuk V. Valluvan, who died yesterday at the National Heart Institute (IJN).
He said Valluvan’s passing was deeply felt by everyone in the ministry and prayed that his family would be granted strength and fortitude during this difficult time.
“I am deeply saddened by his passing. His loss is profoundly felt by everyone at the Economy Ministry.
“Throughout his service, he contributed significantly through his dedication and expertise to the work of the Economy Ministry and the public service. My heartfelt condolences to his family,” he said in a post on his official Facebook page.
Valluvan's cremation will take place at the MBSJ Crematorium in Puchong Batu 14 at 4 pm today.
Meanwhile, Chief Secretary to the Governmnt Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar also conveyed his condolences to Valluvan’s family, saying that his contributions and dedicated service to the nation would always be appreciated.
