MOH Continues Tender Process To Complete 2026 Uniform Supply

27/10/2026 08:10 PM

PUTRAJAYA, Oct 27 (Bernama) -- The Ministry of Health (MOH) will continue the tender process to ensure the supply of uniforms for its members this year can be fulfilled, including in locations that have not yet received the supplies.

In a statement today, it said that several locations have not yet received uniform supplies, partly due to the lack of interested suppliers.

According to the statement, the procurement process for the remaining uniform supplies for this year will be coordinated at the state level through a quotation-based method, in line with a decision by the Ministry of Finance as conveyed in a circular dated Sept 29.

"The effort to find interested suppliers will continue through the implementation of further quotation processes to ensure the uniform supply needs are met," according to the MOH.

MOH also said that the process of claiming the Sewing Wage Assistance (BUJ) will be carried out as soon as the fabric supplies are received, subject to the conditions set out in the Human Resource Service Circular (MyPPSM) Section SR 1.1.2 - Sewing Wage Assistance.

MOH added that it is committed to ensuring delivery of the best health services to the people, in addition to ensuring that the welfare of ministry members continues to receive due attention.
