Klang Valley KTM Komuter, ETS Services On Batang Benar-Labu Route Resume Operations

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30 (Bernama) -- The Klang Valley KTM Komuter and Electric Train Service (ETS) on the Pulau Sebang - Batu Caves - Pulau Sebang route resumed normal operations after repair work was completed between Batang Benar and Labu stations at 1.41 pm today.

Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB), in a statement, said service restoration follows the completion of repairs to the overhead line electrification system along the route.

"Accordingly, the Klang Valley KTM Komuter service and the ETS service on the Pulau Sebang - Batu Caves - Pulau Sebang route have resumed normal operations," the statement said.

However, KTMB expects slight knock-on delays for several ETS journeys due to schedule and train movement adjustments.

KTMB thanked passengers for their patience and cooperation during the disruption and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
