Diversatech Fertilizer Launches AJIB NCF, New Generation Of Fertilizer With Nano Technology

PUTRAJAYA, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- Diversatech Fertilizer Sdn Bhd has launched AJIB NCF (Nano Coated Fertilizer), a new-generation fertilizer product that integrates nano-coating technology and an ion-exchange system to create a more controlled and efficient nutrient release mechanism.

Dr. Syed Omar Syed Rastan, honorary president and research director of Diversatech Fertilizer, stated that the "Nano Coating and Ion Exchanger" technology incorporated into AJIB NCF functions as a functional nutrient carrier to optimise crop nutrient management.

"When AJIB NCF fertilizer is applied to crops, nutrients are released gradually, ensuring sustained and controlled nutrient availability; this helps reduce nutrient loss through leaching and enhances fertilizer use efficiency.

"This approach makes AJIB NCF more than just a coated fertilizer; it also optimizes the interaction between the fertilizer, the soil, and the root system," he told Bernama.

Syed Omar noted that the technology offers a fertilization approach that accounts for environmental challenges—such as heavy rainfall and high temperatures—which can otherwise compromise the effectiveness of conventional fertilizers.

According to him, the product's launch reflects Diversatech Fertilizer's commitment to expanding the use of technology in the agricultural sector and contributing to the development of the local fertilizer manufacturing industry.

Meanwhile, Diversatech Fertilizer president Syed Amir Syed Omar said the launch of AJIB NCF marks a significant milestone for the company in its efforts to bring more innovative fertilizer technology solutions to the agriculture and plantation industries.
