KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 20 (Bernama) -- National Moto3 rider Muhammad Hakim Danish Ramli earned seven points after finishing ninth in the Austrian Grand Prix (GP) today.
In the race held at the Red Bull Ring Circuit, the rider better known as Hakim Danish clocked 33 minutes 45.917 seconds (s), enabling the AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSI rider to collect 101 points and move to seventh overall.
Hakim Danish also extended his lead over Indonesian Honda Team Asia rider Veda Pratama to one point after the latter finished 13th.
Moto3 championship leader Maximo Quiles of CFMOTO Gaviota Aspar Team emerged as the fastest rider after completing the race in 33:24.323s.
Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Brian Uriarte finished second in 33:26.657s, while his teammate Alvaro Carpe completed the podium in third after clocking 33:31.717s.
The World Motorcycle Championship will next head to Japan for the Japanese GP, scheduled from Oct 2 to 4.
