MOSCOW, Sept 9 (Bernama-Sputnik/RIA Novosti) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin will present Vietnamese President To Lam with a Leo Tolstoy International Peace Prize at the Kremlin, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.
"An important part of the visit — the ceremonial part — will be the ceremony to present To Lam with the Tolstoy International Peace Prize," Peskov told reporters in Moscow, reported Sputnik/RIA Novosti.
To Lam arrived in Russia on Monday for a state visit. Putin will welcome the Vietnamese president to the Kremlin for talks later on Wednesday.
