Euro-Circuit Tech and Epic Tips Global Target USD 8.5M North African Expansion with BIO-SOLV® Tech

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 3 (Bernama) — Euro-Circuit Technology Sdn Bhd and Epic Tips Global Sdn Bhd (ETG) signed a milestone agreement at Oil & Gas Asia (OGA) 2026, KLCC, witnessed by Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC) Chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rahman Mamat and supported by MATRADE, on Wednesday.

Under the deal, Epic Tips Global is appointed the exclusive marketing partner to deploy Euro-Circuit’s BIO-SOLV® — a Malaysian-made, water-based, biodegradable surfactant — across Libya and the North African oil and gas market.

According to Euro-Circuit Technology’s statement that the product was manufactured in Malaysia by the company and BIO-SOLV® was a sustainable, green, water-based, and biodegradable surfactant solution developed for high-impact oil and hydrocarbon treatment applications.

“The partnership reflects ETG's clear commercial strategy to introduce and scale this

homegrown sustainable technology across North Africa, beginning with Libya. To back

this commitment, ETG has established the following indicative commercial targets:

• Indicative Annual Target: Total volume of approximately 1 million litres, with

an estimated value of USD 8.5 million, for the June 2026–May 2027 period,” said the statement.

About BIO-SOLV®: Used for oil-contaminated sand cleaning and soil bioremediation. Certified with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, Boeing AMS 1550B, DOE Malaysia approval, Eco Label, MyHijau, and classified as Non-Dangerous Goods.

The statement said that leaders from both companies said the partnership supports ESG compliance and positions Malaysian green technology on the global stage.
