KUANTAN, Aug 21 (Bernama) -- OSK Property has announced that Phase 1 of OSK Ombak was fully taken up within three months of its unveiling, prompting the developer to bring forward the launch of Phase 2 by 18 months from its original schedule.
It said the RM690 million Mediterranean-inspired development, spanning 2.42 hectares along Balok Beach here, is targeted for completion in 2030.
The project combines beachfront living with destination-themed facilities and flexible accommodation options within an established coastal corridor, it said.
“Comprising three serviced apartment towers and curated retail units, it will offer 1,274 fully furnished residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts, including dual-key configurations,” it said in a statement today.
Meanwhile, OSK Property chief executive officer Chu Wai Lune said the full take-up of Phase 1 was a strong endorsement of the project and a clear reflection of buyers’ confidence in the development.
He added that OSK Ombak offers a compelling combination of lifestyle enjoyment, flexible ownership, and long-term investment potential.
Setting itself apart from typical residences, the project features over 1.21 hectares of resort-style facilities, including a cascading swimming pool linked to the signature Blue Cove adventure cavern, a Ninja Park, active recreation areas, landscaped podium gardens and a large event lawn.
