MELAKA, Aug 19 (Bernama) -- Melaka Sentral Sdn Bhd (MSSB) has denied claims that the terminal has been operating without air-conditioning for more than three months, as recently circulated on social media.
Its general manager Zulhafni Md Rahis said records and monitoring showed that the temperature inside the terminal remained under control.
He said MSSB regularly monitors and maintains the air-conditioning system to ensure the comfort of visitors and smooth terminal operations.
“We are always open to complaints and feedback from traders and visitors regarding comfort and facilities at the terminal. Complaints can be submitted through the complaint forms provided or via the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA) for the management’s attention and action,” he said in a statement here today.
Zulhafni said all complaints would be reviewed and appropriate action taken according to established procedures, with feedback provided within 10 working days.
He also urged the public to obtain information and clarification from the management before making statements about the terminal’s operations and facilities to ensure accurate information was conveyed.
Zulhafni said MSSB remained committed to ensuring the terminal’s facilities and services were well maintained for users’ comfort and safety.
