Wolters Kluwer CPM Platform Streamlines Longcheer’s Finance Operations

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 12 (Bernama) -- Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in professional information, software solutions and services, has announced the successful go-live of the CCH Tagetik Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform at Longcheer, a global provider of intelligent products and services.

The implementation establishes a unified, finance-driven digital platform spanning group consolidation, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and management reporting, enabling Longcheer to transition from fragmented, manual processes to an integrated operating model supporting faster decision-making and stronger governance.

Meanwhile, Longcheer Financial Director, Zhen Zhen Wu said the company has built an end-to-end finance platform that connects strategy to execution, transforming financial data into forward-looking insights while enabling stronger control, visibility and sustainable global growth.

As a rapidly expanding, dual-listed enterprise on the A-share and H-share markets, Longcheer operates across 40 legal entities and multiple geographies, creating increasing complexity in financial consolidation, data management and operational analysis. Disconnected systems, manual processes and evolving compliance requirements had limited efficiency and visibility.

Wolters Kluwer implemented CCH Tagetik to unify financial data, standardise processes and support multi-GAAP reporting, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local standards, within a single, scalable platform. The solution integrates data across systems and provides real-time access to consistent financial insights.

With CCH Tagetik fully deployed, Longcheer has achieved a 33 per cent faster financial close, reducing the cycle from six to four days; an 80 per cent reduction in manual consolidation workload; real-time management reporting; and about a 10 per cent improvement in forecast accuracy through rolling forecasts and scenario modelling.

The platform also connects strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and operational execution, with modelling and scenario simulation enabling management to assess the financial impact of factors such as price fluctuations, foreign exchange movements and supply chain dynamics.
