KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 23 (Bernama) -- The Supplementary Electoral Roll for November 2025 (DPT BLN11/2025) is open for review for a period of 30 days starting today until Jan 21, 2026, said Election Commission (EC) secretary Datuk Khairul Shahril Idrus.
He said the DPT BLN11/2025, which was certified on Dec 22, 2025 and gazetted today, contained 40,482 names of citizens aged 18 and above within the period of Nov 1 to 30, 2025 who were automatically registered as new voters.
“In addition, 14,131 registered voters changed electoral divisions and 1,303 voters changed voter category or status,” he said in a statement today.
Khairul Shahril said the EC provided five verification methods, namely through the EC portal at https://www.spr.gov.my or https://mysprsemak.spr.gov.my, the official portal of the State Election Offices at http://ppn.spr.gov.my and the online application at https://myspr.spr.gov.my.
Other methods include the MySPR Semak mobile application or via the hotline at 03-8892 7218.
Meanwhile, the EC urged citizens who turned 18 between Nov 1 to 30, 2025, and any registered voters who had applied for a change of electoral division or voter category or status, to check their names in DPT BLN11/2025.
“If voters find that their names are not listed in DPT BLN11/2025, they may submit a claim by completing Form C via the online application at https://myspr.spr.gov.my or by visiting the relevant State Election Office.
“In addition, any registered voter who wishes to object to the inclusion of voters who have changed electoral divisions may complete Form D via the online application at https://myspr.spr.gov.my or visit the relevant State Election Office,” he said.
Form C and Form D can also be downloaded from the State Election Offices’ portal at http://ppn.spr.gov.my and must be submitted to the relevant State Election Director along with the objection fee during office hours throughout the DPT BLN11/2025 review period.
For any inquiries related to the DPT BLN11/2025 review, the public can visit the official EC portal at https://www.spr.gov.my or contact the EC at 03-8892 7218, or head to any State Election Office.
