IPOH, Dec 11 (Bernama) -- Upscale supermarket Cold Storage has returned to Perak with the official opening of its new outlet at Sentra Mall Ipoh today, marking a renewed commitment to strengthening its presence within local communities.

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Cheah Yong Hock said the establishment of the store serves not only as an expansion effort but also as a strategic foundation for the brand’s future growth across the state.

He said the brand’s future growth also reflects its confidence in the continued vibrancy of Ipoh and the broader Perak market.

“This store represents a significant milestone and the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Cold Storage in Perak,” he said during the opening of the outlet, here today.

Lim said that by focusing on operational fundamentals, such as getting the product quality and location mix right, the customers will return to Cold Storage after its reopening in Ipoh.
