TOKYO, Nov 6 (Bernama-Kyodo) -- Nissan Motor Co. said Thursday it will sell its headquarters near Tokyo for 97 billion yen (US$630 million) as part of its restructuring efforts, Kyodo News Agency reported.
The automaker will lease the properties in Yokohama and maintain its global headquarters operations there, it said.
Nissan said it will book a profit of 73.9 billion yen from the sale of the headquarters to a Tokyo real estate company and use the proceeds for facility renewals and business reform measures.
