A marble sphinx image believed to be sculpted by Amarapura’s King Bagyidaw was discovered in the ancient city of Inwa near Mandalay. The structure probably dates back to 1183 of the Myanmar Era.
2.FIVE-MONTH FISH EXPORTS EARNS RM540 MILLION - - THE GLOBAL NEW LIGHT OF MYANMAR
Myanmar exported over 100,000 metric tonnes of fish worth RM540 million (US$128 million) in the past five months. Seafood, including hilsa, rohu, catfish, seabass, eel, shrimp and crab, was shipped to foreign markets.
