JEDDAH, June 18 (Bernama-SPA) -- Saudi Arabia’s Hajj and Umrah Ministry has launched an electronic survey to assess pilgrim satisfaction for the 1446 AH Hajj season, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
It is open to all pilgrims, both domestic and international, to share their opinions and feedback.
Offered in nine languages - Arabic, English, Spanish, Persian, French, Hindi, Malay, Turkish, and Chinese - the survey ensures that services align with pilgrims’ expectations and contribute to the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by delivering a seamless and enriching Hajj experience.
The survey serves as a vital tool for evaluating the pilgrim experience from a personal perspective, supporting the ministry’s commitment to continuous improvement.
The ministry encourages all pilgrims to participate, emphasising that their feedback will directly inform decisions aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.
The survey is available at: https://hajsurvey.com/departure_survey.
