Lazada Malaysia Offers 1 Billion Lazcoins For 11.11 Biggest Sale Of The Year

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 1 (Bernama) -- Lazada Malaysia offers one billion LazCoins as a way of saying thank you to its customers in the lead-up to Lazada’s 11.11 Biggest Sale of the Year, up for grabs from today. 

In a statement, Southeast Asia’s pioneering eCommerce platform said users can collect LazCoins in a variety of ways and use them to enjoy immediate discounts, savings and lower prices on tens of millions of items on the platform.

"There is no limit to the amount of LazCoins consumers can earn and collect, which can then be used to enjoy immediate discounts of up to 60 per cent when shopping on Lazada. 

"All LazCoins have a six-month expiry date from the time of collection, which means shoppers will have ample time to use all their LazCoins during Lazada’s many sale campaigns," it said. 

According to Lazada, users can start collecting their share by “checking-in” to the LazCoins channel daily to collect more than the usual LazCoins amount. 

"If they can maintain a successful, consecutive streak between Nov 1 and 13, they are able to walk away with 1,600 LazCoins in total – a value of RM16!" it added. 

Besides daily “check-ins”, there are many more ways to earn LazCoins -- purchasing a dress priced at RM6.60 lets consumers earn up to 400 LazCoins, which is a cash equivalent of RM4 for immediate usage on the next purchase, and writing a quick review with photographs and videos of that dress will also result in a reward of 80 LazCoins worth 80 sen. 

Shoppers can combine all the LazCoins earned to enjoy more savings across the Lazada platform.

Lazada noted that the LazCoin ecosystem is not just designed to reward buyers on Lazada’s platform but also to empower sellers who can reap its benefits to lower their cost of operations, build their brands and enhance their store sales. 

For sellers, LazCoins becomes a promotional tool that can help boost their store traffic and conversion without the need to pay any additional fees or commission. 

By joining Lazada’s LazCoins Discount Programme, sellers can also earn up to 70 per cent rebate of Seller LazCoins based on the amount of Buyer LazCoins in their business.

"These Seller LazCoins can then be redeemed for traffic drivers such as Sponsored Solutions.
