KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 12 (Bernama) -- Ucrest Bhd has signed agreement to invest and lead the investment of Docsun Biomed Ltd, a medical technology provider of non-contact, non-invasive, non-intrusive vital signs software as medical device.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Ucrest said Docsun owns a leading United States medical technology and has a subsidiary in Taiwan and India.
“Through the Exclusive Distribution Agreement (EDA) signed with Docsun, we appoint Docsun as the exclusive distributor for the US market of the iMedic-Docsun integrated products,” it said.
It said Docsun has committed to contribute approximately RM46 million or more in revenue over a three years period.
Under the agreement, it said Docsun shall sell the integrated product as iMedic brand as the integrated products provided by the company within the territory of the US.
“The company grants the distributor the exclusive right to commercialise, market and sell the integrated products and services within the territory of the US,” it added.
