SERDANG, Jan 30 (Bernama) -- Perdana University and BookDoc today inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate in healthcare and medicine training, research, publication as well as drafting mobile applications healthcare programmes.
The MoU will pave way for both parties to share data on Malaysians demography such as obesity according to age group and location and outline interactive intervention programmes for various segments.
The memorandum was signed by Perdana University acting vice chancellor Dr Fadhlullah Suhaimi Abdul Malek and BookDoc founder, Datuk Chevy Beh at Perdana University here today.
Speaking to reporters after the signing ceremony, Dr Fadhlullah Suhaimi said the collaboration would also open job opportunities for Perdana University's health science graduates at BookDoc, an intergrated online platform that connect patients to healthcare professionals.
Beh on the other hand said BookDoc aimed to improve the healthcare ecosystem in the region through collaboration with Perdana University.
