KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 15 (Bernama) -- The Works Ministry will submit a few proposals to Cabinet on reducing or abolishing highway toll after discussions have been held with toll concessionaires, Parliament was informed today.
Its Minister, Baru Bian, said his ministry has been given six months to hold discussions and settle the issue.
"We are discussing to see if there are provisions allowing for a review of the concession agreement," he said.
