11/03/2019 09:55 AM

KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 (Bernama) --  Seacera Group Bhd fell one sen at 36 sen at Monday after the group announced the disposal of a 60 per cent stake in its 80 per cent-owned construction outfit Spaz Sdn Bhd for RM12 million cash.

At 9.31 am, 8.38 million shares were traded.

Meanwhile, its warrant was flat at half-a-sen.

The company announced last Friday that the disposal was in line with the group's strategic direction to streamline and restructure its operation in order to focus on businesses that are viable and profitable in the mid to long term.
