Management of TOL Licences at Penang district and land offices not at optimum level

The management of the Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) by the Seberang Perai Utara (SPU) and Seberang Perai Selatan (SPS) District and Land Offices are not at optimum level of efficiency, according to the Auditor-General’s Report 2017 Series 2 today.
