Manjoi PPS Fully Closed As 26 Evacuees Return Home

IPOH, Feb 18 (Bernama) -- The temporary relief centre (PPS) at Dewan Kampung Tengku Hussein in Manjoi, which was opened yesterday, was fully closed this evening.

Kinta District Disaster Management Committee chairman Zulhisham Ahmad Shukori said the centre was shut at 5 pm after all evacuees were allowed to return home.

The PPS had accommodated 26 people from 10 families following flash floods that hit Kampung Manjoi and Kampung Tengku Hussein on Monday.
