KLCI Futures Open Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, April 27 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened higher on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Monday in line with the cash market.

At 9.52 am, the April 2026 contract rose 16.5 points to 1,731.0, May 2026 gained 15.5 points to 1,732.0, June 2026 added 15.0 points to 1,731.0, and September 2026 increased 16.5 points to 1,711.5.

Turnover stood at 11,744 lots, while open interest was 45,388 contracts.

After 58 minutes of trade, the FBM KLCI was up 8.33 points at 1,728.67, compared with last Friday’s close of 1,720.34.
