KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, April 20 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures traded lower on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Monday. 

At 9.30 am, the April 2026 contract slipped four points to 1,684.50, May 2026 eased 4.5 points to 1,684.50, June 2026 slid 3.5 points to 1,685.00, and September 2026 slipped 4.5 points to 1,665.00. 

Turnover stood at 1,496 lots, with open interest at 33,358 contracts.

After 42 minutes of trading, the FBM KLCI rose 1.08 points to 1,696.29 from last Friday’s close of 1,695.21.
