KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, April 13 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures traded lower on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Monday. 

At 9.24 am, the April 2026 contract slipped 7.5 points to 1,678.0. Meanwhile, the May 2026 and June 2026 contracts both shed 7.0 points to 1,679.50 and 1,680.0, respectively, while the September 2026 contract reduced by 3.5 points to 1,662.0. 

Turnover stood at 1,709 lots, with open interest at 35,442 contracts.

After 42 minutes of trading, the FBM KLCI dropped 14.27 points to 1,677.24 from last Friday’s close of 1,691.31
