KLCI Futures Rise In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, April 3 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened higher on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Friday.

At 9.39 am, the April 2026 contract rose 14.0 points to 1,707.0, while May and June 2026 contracts gained 15.5 points to 1,707.5 and 1,705.5, respectively. The September 2026 contract added 12.5 points to 1,687.0.

Turnover stood at 1,787 lots, with open interest at 34,285 contracts.

By 10 am, the FBM KLCI had advanced 8.51 points to 1,706.81, up from Thursday’s close of 1,698.30.
