KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 24 (Bernama) -- Enigmatig Limited (Enigmatig), a global business enabler supporting companies expanding across borders, reported a net profit of US$0.6 million for the fiscal year ended Sept 30, 2025 (FY2025), down from US$0.8 million a year earlier, mainly due to one-off listing-related expenses. (US$1=RM3.87)

Revenue rose 12.2 per cent year on year to US$4.5 million from US$4.0 million previously, following its listing on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) American, the company said in a statement.

Enigmatig Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Desmond Foo said FY2025 marked the company’s transition into a publicly listed growth company, adding that it will continue to focus on expansion in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, investments in technology and strategic partnerships.

Gross profit increased 14.9 per cent to US$3.1 million, while gross margin expanded to 68.8 per cent from 67.1 per cent in the previous year.

The company’s cost of sales rose to US$1.4 million in FY2025 from US$1.3 million in FY2024.

Enigmatig marked its public debut with a bell-ringing ceremony at the NYSE in August 2025.

In September 2025, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with Thailand-based TVA Capital Consultancy Co Ltd to pursue corporate and financial advisory as well as mergers and acquisitions opportunities, positioning Thailand as a gateway for further Asia-Pacific expansion.
