KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 23 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Monday, tracking gains in the underlying cash market.

At the close, the February 2026 contract rose 10 points to 1,756.0, March 2026 gained 6.5 points to 1,733.0, June 2026 added six points to 1,737.5, and September 2026 widened five points to 1,724.5.

Turnover enhanced to 24,348 lots from 10,258 lots last Friday, while open interest increased to 63,276 contracts from 49,706 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose 5.15 points, or 0.29 per cent, to 1,757.98, compared with Friday’s close of 1,752.83.
