TSR Capital Secures RM85 Mln Infrastructure Contract In Johor

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 14 (Bernama) – TSR Capital Bhd’s wholly-owned construction subsidiary TSR Bina Sdn Bhd has secured an RM85 million contract from JLG Buildworks Sdn Bhd to develop infrastructure works at a plot of land located south of Ibrahim Technopolis township in Kulai, Johor.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, TSR said the job scope includes earth, drainage, road, sewerage, water reticulation and ancillary works.

“The project is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025 (4Q 2025) and is expected to be completed by 3Q 2027,” it said.

TSR said the project is expected to contribute positively to the group’s revenue and earnings for the financial year ending June 30, 2026, and throughout the project duration.

The Ibrahim Technopolis is a masterplanned township spanning 2950.16 hectares (7,290 acres).
