FBM KLCI Futures End Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 7 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower on Tuesday, tracking losses in the underlying cash market.

At the close, the October 2025 contract shed 2.5 points to 1,630.0, November 2025 and December 2025 were 3.0 points lower at 1,629.0 and 1,627.50, respectively, while March erased 4.0 points to 1,606.50.

Turnover decreased to 4,329 lots from 4,542 on Monday, while open interest narrowed to 45,974 contracts from 45,759 previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI fell 8.06 points to 1,630.03, from Monday’s close of 1,638.09.
