FBM KLCI Futures Close Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower on Wednesday.

At the close, spot month September 2025 and December 2025 contracts shed 12 points each to 1,594.0 and 1,584.5, respectively.

October 2025 decreased 13.5 points to 1,590.0, and March 2026 eased 10 points to 1,564.5.

Turnover surged to 24,002 lots from 6,682 yesterday, while open interest advanced to 64,711 contracts from 46,583 previously.

The FBM KLCI edged down 3.89 points to close at 1,599.66, compared with yesterday’s close of 1,603.55.
